Lanett Airport and Paving Project

The Lanett Airport is undergoing a 1 million dollar upgrade to its 3,150-foot lighted general aviation runway and facilities.  The just resurfaced asphalt airstrip, with clear safety zones, is just the start of the real development of this city owned jewel.   It lies adjacent to Interstate 85 and the Huguley Industrial Parks and just seven minutes away from the Cusseta Industrial Park.  The airport offers point of sales aircraft fuel at competitive prices and leases T-hangers for the general aviation enthusiast.  Aircraft maintenance and aircraft upholstery are coming shortly to the Lanett Municipal Airport.
