SPECIAL CALLED COUNCIL MEETING

May 30, 2006

The City Council of the City of Lanett, Alabama, met in special called meeting on Tuesday, May 30, 2006, in the Council Chambers of the Lanett Municipal Complex at 12:00 P.M. The roll was taken and the following were found to be present: Councilmember Duskin, Councilmember Heard, Councilmember McCoy, and Councilmember Yarbrough. Councilmember Malone was absent. Mayor Crawley was present and presided over the meeting.

The purpose of this meeting was to adopt “Resolution 05-06-04 Municipal Water Pollution (MWPP) Program”. Councilmember McCoy made a motion to adopt Resolution 05-06-04. Seconded by Councilmember Yarbrough. Motion unanimously carried.

There being no further business to come before this Council, motion duly made, meeting adjourned.
