Utilities

The City of Lanett owns its own utilities.  This translates into unparalleled service and support for its citizens.  When a storm causes issues or any other glitch in the utility system occurs, our city is able to correct the issue without waiting for support from an electric company located in another city which may be 30 minutes away. 

Larry 'Fochi' Ray who is in charge of Lanett's Electric and Gas has been with the city for 25 years and counting.  He and his crews are responsible for keeping the power running.
