The City of Lanett Human Resources department administers the Human Resources, Risk Management and self-funded Insurance functions within the City of Lanett. The work is under the supervision of the City Clerk along with Administrative Secretary. City policy mandates that Human Resources must maintain effective working relationships with any person seeking city employment, all city employees and the public. The majority of duties are performed in a general office environment.
